Hi hi, a few pics of the latest finds. I will be moving to another house next month, so it may be a bit quit, but I will be back. Is it just me or are a lot of vacuum collectors gay, I know a few collectors in person and all of them are gay, funny could there be a link ;-)) . This are the new finds a red Aeg vampyr 502, and a philips P 50 both from the midd eighties.

I took a look on this site with my laptop, and than the aeg is blue indeed. With the normal comp it is red as it should be strange strange strange/

Strang in deed its true blue here too =). Its the little village house in the backround red or blue?Because it it showing up blue here.Merry Gay christmas =P.
P.S mabe we just like things that to put it cleanly "vacuum"

lol kenmore

You did put it verry cleanly, but whar about the washingmachine collectors....?? THe little house in the background is supose to be red to.

mery gat x mas to u to

Washers here to, I only have 2 now and one is at my aunts house, but at one time I did have 4 dryers and 6or 8 washers. The bad thing about living at the parents house is 1,theres not much room and 2, my dad got tired of the hose being cluttered,so alot of my vacs and washers got tossed and/or sold when I moved out before.
I have the same name over at AW.ord BTW =)

?

OK, the problem seems to me that washers and dryers take up so much space. I did not understand teh last words, you have the same name AW. ord ?? I am a blond ;-))

Hey everyone:

I think the colour shift (red to blue) is something to do with differences between the European and North American net connections. Pictures that Edgar has sent me in the past have had a colour shift too (you can use the tools on your viewing program like irfanview to correct the colour on individual pictures).

Incidentally the machine comes up red here.

As for Gay collectors - most that I know are gay as well (myself included)

James...

...hahahahahaha! You devil, you!
Having been spooned on several occasions by the person you are implying, I think certain eyebrows need to be raised.

The 1 straight person I was meaning was Charlie Padfield. But he's young. There's time yet ;)

hahahah

well, i am sure glad i am not the only one. Of doug I knew because i have personal(msn) contact with him, but there are a lot more .

I've suddenly got a lovely festive imagine of us all running down the street in hot pants with santa hats on, waving our crevice tools rather limp-wristedly and singing "All I Want For Christmas Is You".

LOL - how bout I just dig out a red and white LEATHER santa suit and a good whip and you guys prancing down the street can pull my sleigh. :)

Okay guys.....it's time to sing the Hoover jingle.....

all together now:

"Nobody does it like you,
the way that you do,
Nobody has the power to please me...
Hoover, nobody does it like you!"

Make sure you all have your matching "bags and belts" before you start singing!!!!!

I've tried to figure out the connection too - for years! It must be something to do with those phallic vacuum hoses.......

Or maybe it's simply that a vacuum cleaner was the "magical" machine that made our crazy, mysterious, "out of sorts" childhoods a little cleaner and nicer and more orderly....

If you were like me, I figured if my mom liked to play with this thing, I should too! Like mother, like son....

Did I just give you all too much information? :-)
