My new dyson DC05 in red!!!

Well I've managed to get hold of a new motor off EBay, I'll let you know when it's arrived and installed

Well I received the new motor today, installed it and yeah it works great! It's a bit noisy though, maybe it's just because the carbons need to kinda'settle-in'!!
It didn't have the original hose so I used a DC02 hose and had to tape it on to the front. I used red tape to match the original colour:

Ah that's good. I'm glad it's all working fine again
It looks great in red too!
