I just bought this for $10.00 and I want to restore it, need something to this winter. Will definitely need a new outer bag.

I'm sure you can hand-wash that bag and find someone that can sew it up. Looks like just seam tears and moth holes, can fix it in 5 seconds on a sewing machine. Are you missing your bottom plate too?
