My great-nephew Bentley

I've posted photos and comments about my great-nephew Bentley who has been a "sweeper nut" ever since he was a toddler. His grandmother sent me the following photos today with this comment:

"Bentley finds another vacuum cleaner! I had shown him a little vacuum cleaner in a bedroom closet months and months ago and it hasn't re-appeared since. Today when we went into that room, he remembered that it was in the closet and asked for it. Amazing memory!"

Not so amazing to any of us............!

Good that Bentely knows where his "go to" vacuum is-he looks so helpful&happy vacuuming the rug with "his?" vacuum cleaner.

My quasi grandson? who used to live very near with his family used to know where every favorite vacuum of mine was and played all the time. Sorry to say at around 6 he lost interest. I have some great pics of little Bradley playing with them. Little stinker will be 18 in 2 months, geeze! His dad lived here 12 years before marrying, not sure it will stick, they seem to have grown apart, there are 3 boys, they lived with me 3 months when they moved back to the area 14 years ago, it was crowded! Fun too. Adorable nephew there Charles.

I have that yellow Eureka, and always thought it reminded me of a toy vacuum. With the handle down it looks just like a toy. And I had a toy Dirt Devil as a kid too. Too bad I sucked up a Cheerio with the hose and broke it!
