Well I ended up with two Dyson dc07 all floors, not many would dream of this. Long story short, I ended up with two as I believed that the first seller was not going to ship my order. The second one is in better condition and the owner claimed that it “lost its suction over the years.” This dc07 is from 2007, and the owner never replaced the belts and clutch, the suction felt normal. I washed every part and of course washed the cyclone. The cyclone’s long center tube was clogged 6 inches up! This model does have the Panasonic motor, looks good! I’ll have to do an update when I work on the second one. IMG_2212.jpeg

It has so far! I’m using Beko 1987’s video to guide me along!
He's been doing videos that long ! That's 38 years ago. I was still in the Navy in 1987, the big bad USSR was still enemy number one, Berlin and Germany were divided, Ronnie Raygun was Pres and bands like INXS, REM, Bananarama, The Cure, Tears for Fears and Simply Red were popular on the radio and in the night clubs. Seems so long ago now : /

Well I should have added a photo, but the first dc07 has been fully cleaned and refurbished. The clutched Dysons are definitely the most painful belt change I have ever done! I would not recommend the generic blue bristled brush, after painfully fitting it, the machine had an awful vibration. I was able to grease the bearing of the original brush roll relatively well. I am going to stock up on some genuine replacements direct from Dyson. The second dc07 is also a 2007, and the cyclone appears much cleaner.
