Yes I do but now my pool place sent me an email about some other type of filter material I forget what it is but they said it last much longer gonna have to check them out to see what it is .
Those are tanks! In my opinion, the Eureka's and Sanitaires were overall better vacuums in comparison to the Convertible, but that's just me. I no longer have any F & G's, but If I find a 60's or 70's model i'd probably buy it.
I was more a fan of convertibles as you can tell by my collection of the very rarest of Hoover Convertibles . I like Eureka and Sanitaire but am a Hoover lover instead . Both are great vacuums
the best made in vacuum history.
Why Hoover was always better it was considered a top of the line luxury vacuum in department stores where Eureka was always considered a bargain brand vacuum .
Now the metal Eurekas were very good machines and the plastic ESP were the only good ones from the plastic line of Eureka .
I could tell by the crystal clear shimmer of the water. Nothing can do that like a DE Filter.
There is a new cellulois fiber media that can be used as a substitute for DE but I have no idea if it's as good and will give pool water that same polished look
Sold in stores I bought this at Best a catalog store that was in King Of Prussia when I lived in Pa .
My Pennsylvania Electrolux guy was working at the store demoing these and he would come to your home and show it there and sell you this or a Better machine .
After selling and listing houses a 2 hour gym workout and a 10.5 mile walk on the boardwalk and an 18.8 mile bike ride I found a second to post a Sears Kenmore progressive brand new of course from the 90's one of the better built ones .
I had that one too, worked really great. It was borrowed by a neighbour who then moved with it..LOL so with that happening we got our Kirby G4 so it was a win win all around
A member on the washer site had this very same issue with poor photo quality from his mobile phone and he got pictures like this with that awful haze on them.
He took a Q tip and dipped it in rubbing alcohol and gave the camera lens a darn good clean. Now his pics are very sharp without a greasy haze. I tried it too and it works!
An Electrolux ProLux commercial upright brand new yet again . It was recalled they gave me a new handle but I like the original one so I left it as is .
Reluctant to change these machines if it ain't broken don't fix it .
One of the BEST uprights around my entire family loves these uprights and I do
too . I have yet to hear them complain or have problems they are a perfect vacuum to gift
they are like a timex they take a lickin and keep on tickin .
