Dyson dc07 cyclone

I know how to fix that cyclone Jacob

is the bin still on the unit? then it cant be taken off, take it apart and the rod out too.
next take the cyclone top off the rod then get the rod and shine a light or torch down and try putting it in the hole to empty the dyson.
take the bin off and put the cyclone top back onto the rod and insert the rod in the little hole and it should be all sorted

PS I had the same dc07 all floors but mine was iron silver and blue when i use a dc04 i press the top of the machine where u should with a dc07 and with a dc07 i forget i am using that model i hit the tool like u should in the same place as a dc04 and its weird!
