Did the various Model Ls have the same motors as their contemporaneous high-end models?


White L - Turquoise G


Light brown L - Bronze G

Gold L - Super J

I've removed motors from all four color variations - they are the same. The only high end machine with a different motor (out of the four) was the Super J. The gold model L still had the same motor as the first model L's.

Hmmmmm...I thought the  Bronze G had a more powerful motor than the Turquoise G, and was also used in the 1205 and Golden Jubilee.

It's the same motor. Only the carbon brush holders changed. The model L motor was the same wattage and the same amp as the G, 1205, and Golden J motors.
