I just got off the phone with Jeff Partyka, the owner of Vac-Way. They do, indeed, have a room upstairs with many, many vintage vacs. Some are completely intact and others are not. They are used for parts for repairs.

The building is being torn down for neighborhood restoration. He told me that this will happen in August. He also told me that they are not going to take the vintage vacs. He extended an invitation for anyone to stop by to look at the vacs. Some can be taken for free, others for a nominal price. But - be there before August.
