Mark, J.T., Joe Kassock, Greg, Kevin and I will be there so far. I'm looking to plan t a short trip to a vac shop, soe games. video, and a nice diner as well. If anyone else can get to the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area, you are MOST welcome.

Hi John, Sorry to miss that,

but I'll be in Indiana going through boxes of V.C.C.C. paperwork to ship home. Plans are in the works for building a storage shed here in Benton which will become my next display room. As for the mini meet after that, count me in.

Greg!

Not to worry... Holy Water, Crucifix, etc are ready. We might really need them. I've planned a very nice dinner, as well. Sorry for all of the bad spelling in first post. I was typing too fast. I might even expose some of the cellar dwellers... RELAX, TOM!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Not IN the house, AND, I have a huge supply of GLOVES!

Hi John, as of right now I plan on being there. I don't plan on bringing any foreign vacs this time. Looking forward to seeing Joel and Mike and perhaps uniting my Hoover Celebrity pieces together!

I haven't heard any word from Mark and JT and have tried to contact Mark! I hope they're ok!

MassageMiracle-- Sweeper Central is John Gregorys store. Most if not all past MiniMeets at Johns involved a trip to this store. However, due to recent friction I don't believe this will be case anymore.

You guys sound like a fun bunch, I'd love to come! No matter what a store looks like on the inside, I can't imagine someone making a decent living off of being an internet showroom or competing only with big box stores! Glad we made the decision to carry a little bit of everything.

Hey John,

I wish like heck that there were some way I could come and share my two British Turbopower 1s, my Junior Dirtsearcher, and my Senior Ranger with the gang along with the Convertible that's as old as I am! Plus, I wish I could finally find out what the heck PHIT (aka Pittston Hospital Iced Tea) is all about. But alas, Saturdays are not good days for me due to my work schedule.

Would you please keep me in mind, however, if you ever hold a meet on a Sunday? I have never been to one before, and hope that someday I'll be able to attend. Thanks and best wishes to all for a terrific get-together!

You're on, my friend!

And many, many thanks. I'll send you an e-mail off forum to see when we can arrange a get-together. Looking forward to meeting you!

Buffalo

According to Google Maps, Buffalo is about a good 4 hour drive from Pittston (5 if you factor in "necessary stops"

Well, preparations are well underway.

The yard is mowed and raked. I got all of the food today. The menu is going to great, I think. Machines will come out of all corners of the house. This time, I'll get out a lot that the gang hasn't seen before. They'll even get a chance to run "Terry's" coffee can. Pics will follow soon.

Tazcatsdad, you would enjoy it!

Bill, You should definitely plan a trip on a Sunday. Your collection is wonderful, I've seen and enjoyed several of your vacuums on Youtube to include, the Hoover Convertibles, Hoover Celebrities Video, Hoover Windtunnel S3630 video, Hoover Spirit video, Kenmore Progressive video and many others. I for one would love to try your Cinnamon Hoover Celebrity II Elite S3061. I love it in the video below.

Definitely should plan this as a Micro Meet and I'll come over as well. Sunday May 19 or May 26 would work good for me, possibly June 2. My other June weekends are hectic. Now through May 7 is bad for me too but I'm trying to stop in briefly for this Saturday's MiniMeet since its been so long!

Looks like Chris and Joe are coming I will be bringing a filter Queen and my newly acquired sebo. And maybe a hoover two. Thankfully we are taking my truck so they will be a little bit a room for extra machines to go along! OH IM SO EXCITED!!!!!! :-)

Dan!

I hope you got Mr. Gregory's address, too, if you plant to visit him at his store. The group will not be going there. But, being that you are such good friends, I'm sure you'll be planning a trip there. It is: 218 E Drinker Street, Dunmore, PA.That's the end of that discussion on my end....... You'll find it on the left side of the street, across from the 'diner'.Looks like there'll be 12 for dinner.

Wow!

This Sunday idea is really sounding great. I'm thinking that Sunday June 2nd would work best for me. John, how does that work for you? And is it do-able for you also, Rob?

BTW Rob, I'd be happy to bring along the Celebrity II if you're going to be there!

Also Rob, I'm really glad you enjoy my videos, and I regret not having much time lately to put together new ones but I'm going to have to pretty soon as I've added some new machines to my collection and traded off, sold, or got rid of others.

Anyway gentlemen -- let me know and I'll see what arrangements I can make.
