miele 762 exclusive to currys

i decided to go out and get brand new miele vac from currys . exclusive cleaner 762 . end july. add other mieles and sold them on. but this as lasted 2half month it sound like a jet engine the speed was on eco all the time it started slowin down .it went off to miele 2weeks ago and they hav lost it i dont no what to do miele recons it never come in to them for repair parcel force pick it up i got a ticket to say they did pick it up now there say its got nothin to do with them they drop it off at miele and parcel force are refusein to take responsbilty i hav lost a brand new cleaner that was a dud. HELP
