My other DAM is the burnt orange and taupe model. I got it from a nice man in London who got it from his Mom. He should know better and probably regrets it now but he replaced it with a dyson. His loss...

Sorry for the size...

Right now with the editing method I'm using, I can't shrink the image. I'll post smaller pictures soon.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I could just kick myself....

I just acquired a Convertible model 67 with an almost pristine outer vinyl bag, everything is in excellent shape. The only thing it is missing is the gold chrome strip above the headlight lens. Now, about six months ago, I had a model 66 sitting in my mother's garage in deplorable shape. It ran, but that was about all. The zipper was so badly rusted shut, there wasn't a chance in the world I could get at the already overloaded bag. That cleaner DID have the part I needed. I have a funny feeling the cleaner got thrown out in order to make room for the Model T. Does anyone know who might still have this chrome strip for the early convertibles? Also, I'd like to use some sort of vinyl preservative (i.e. ArmorAll) on the outer bag. Has anyone else done this?
