Never knew that P A Geier sold Packard...

Hey Jeff, neither did I. I believe that Cadillac or Clemens manufacturing may the Packard's first and then later on it shifted to PA Geier!! About to meet His Master's Voice to do the drop off. He likes it as much as he said he does. Misinki... I have been dealing on and off in vintage vacuums for over 25 years and if there's one thing that I will always put into them it's my time and effort if possible and not pass off as shoddy product. I was reared in the collecting world when passing on to follow collectors was more important than making money off of it. And part of that is to not sell somebody offers somebody something that isn't on the beam. And if it is to let them know. It's just good friendly business sense. I work for Ann Arbor vacuum and have for the last 11 years prior to that I work for the Hoover company and other private businesses going all the way back to 1995.. I believe in order to have good friendships to shoot straight don't cheat make people happy and I always was it built with this from one of my closest friends who is also a collector there are always more to be had possibly something that you like better if you just share to start out with. Don't get me wrong he is purchasing another machine but I offered it to him at an incredibly fair price considering the rarity and condition. Many people who are on here who have chosen to be friendly with me have been quite surprised and quite blessed with gifts that I have given them. And are offering them machines that are dreams of theirs for again reasonable prices. So anyway just waiting for him to show up now

Well depending on which one you drop it off to, you will get great service on your Riccar... my story is on the west side of town out towards Chelsea and I carry simplicity. Which means that I can also service your machine as well!

Chad, thanks again for the Packard, it will look great displayed next to my car at shows! And another thanks for giving me the opportunity to buy this beautiful Hoover 825. I'll post some Hoover photos in another topic soon!

thanks again for the Packard!!

Brandon,

Was great to meet you last night, talk about cars and vacuums, and of course the passing on and sharing of machines. Look forward to possibly doing that again sometime very soon, after I find those tools for the 825. As I stated, they are just up someplace in one of my two other storage areas. Hope you made it back before the storms blew thru. I had a few interesting moments back by my house where I kinda thought I'd end up in Kansas. It got pretty wild.

I will as promised go thru some of my earlier machines and such to see if you are interested. I'm just at a point (which we discussed), where if it isn't being enjoyed and used, or even useful, to pass on, either by a gift of such; or a bit of greenback being tossed towards.

Also, would love to come and see the cars you have in person, and of course seeing your 49' Packard. will keep in touch.

Enjoy your new machines!!!

Chad
