The first listing is from a fellow club member and his restorations are unbeatable. It will be as new as can be from the ground up! He's a perfectionist at restorations, especially Hoovers! You would have to look long and hard to find one as nice as the ones he turns out.

Aw SHUCKS, guys!

Thank you, David for "noticing" the auction AND

Thank you Rick for that wonderful endorsement.

You've made my day!

The Hoover 750. Restored by Marty.

One needs never to question Marty's auctions, service repair or restorations. They are perfection! I know from experience. A great example is this magnificent Hoover 750 I purchased from Marty recently. It runs and cleans like a brand new machine!

That's magnificent!

What a beautiful 750! It's odd - over here, Junior 375 aside, they seem to be the most common of the pre-war Hoovers (my theory on that is the opening of the Perivale factory in '32 generated a lot of publicity, which gave sales a huge boost!) - but I've never been able to find a really nice example. My Model 750's probably the most disappointing of the 20 or so pre-1940 machines I have.

I'd love to have an example like the one above, especially since we didn't get the 'Hedlite' over here!

Thank you Rick B.

Thank you Bob D.

As my Grandmother (had a Hoover 28 btw) would say "It's nice to give roses while you can smell them."

Yours,

Marty
