If it was me, I'd file a damage claim against the seller. They should have packed it properly. It's just a matter of taking the time to do it. This is one of the more rare Lewyt models, it's a real shame it got damaged.
Barring that, Crazy Glue will at least put the pieces back together. If you do it carefully, the seams will still be visible but better than having it broken. The trick is to not use too much glue, just 3-4 'dots' on each piece and then hold it securely in place for a couple of minutes until it sets. You don't want to use so much glue that is oozes out along the crack -- that makes a mess that's impossible to fully clean up.
