The site looks suspicious but the company has a 4/5 with the BBB. Looks like it's a brick and mortar store in downtown Chicago. Based on online photos of their store, looks like they just buy random bulk freight shipments and import them.
There are several stores in the large cities of North America specifically designed to sell 220-240 volt appliances to North Americans who are moving to Europe and other 240 volt locations. It is often more economical to include these items in the household shipment so that the users don’t have to go out and start shopping for things like microwave ovens and TVs after they unpack at their destination.
The selection in these retail outlets is usually very limited as you can see from this website.
It’s amazing how many US manufacturers like Hoover and Eureka set aside a few models every year to be given 240 volt motors just for this purpose! I have a little 240volt Eureka Mighty Mite II World Vac that I bought before moving to Israel about 20 years ago!
