Kirby Stain Removal Chart

Does anyone happen to have the Stain Removal Chart that came in the Kirby Carpet First Aid Kit box that they would be willing to post high-quality photos of?

In the picture below, it is the double-sided chart on the lid of the box that I am talking about.

I've found that Kirby hasn't been too terribly good at getting back to me and I've searched the image. I'm trying to recreate the document in Microsoft Publisher and the images online are far too blurry to read the small text.
