If kirby has gone this far
If they've gone this far with the gseries then its about time for something new, especially if they had to start selling them at costco and had to lower the MRSP for them. I do hope this isn't the end of kirby and do hope they're planing on something new because sentria 4 (avalir 2) is looking like sentria 1's production frame (2006-2012) and now avalir 2 (2018-present) thats 4.5 years with this same model. Kirby its time for something new. This also leads me to wonder if costco will start selling the bags and belts for them, probably not but its a guess. Then that also leads me to guess well are they going to sell the other accessories such as the tile and grout kit, miracle shine kit, turbo accessory kit, along with the main cleaner at these retailers. I mean a vac shop I can see this happening but not at costco. Heres an idea kirby should do. Open up more service centers and sell them that way too. And assuming kirby does have something down the line, how would they plan to sell it, while they have a current model out, being the avalir 2? Then again kirby was suppose to have had something launched this past July and guess what, nothing happen. I understand kirby works on their own time, but as time is going on, more and more people aren't going to want to use a kirby for certain things, thus its time for some sort of change. I know for me, its the weight and acoutics of the machine, especially when using it on hard floors. I would rather use a dyson cordless to clean my hard surface floors than to use a kirby to vacuum my floors, even in canister mode.
