I Really!!

Don't mean to sound like a sore loser, but when you hunt something since you were about 12 years old,then find one, and have the owner tell you it is available, only to have it jerked away from you because the person realizes it might actually be something..... , I was perfectly willing to pay a fair price,but not 300.00 or more which is what it will go for, lets face it,some people are lawyers and doctors, and most of us are blue collar woeking folks,once in a while you might luck up on ebay, but not often, but it does not matter now, I have waited over 30 years, I can wait a little longer!

I have no clue what took place 'behind' the scenes, it's NONE of my business. However, just a couple thoughts...



"...interested, shoot me an offer..."

"available" = [I interpret as not sold/no offer accepted, yet.]
~~~~~just like when the auction is NOT OVER on eBay



'offers' on here (VCCC), & thus behind the scenes may be open to scrutiny [Which is obvious, again.]

'offers' thru eBay are public, no s/he said, s/he said


I'm NOT justifying anything here, I am however pointing out the old adage: [Not until it's...] SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED.


Sometimes we have to learn lessons in life, & they may even be hard lessons at times. [This is why I would NOT 'offer' something on here.] (mho)
