Anyhow, Came home from the Flea Market with stuff as usual, but with unusual surprises!

So I was strolling my way down Row A of the Flea Market, And was delighted to see the familiar handle of one of those awesome little Hoover stick-vacs! I had one in burgundy YEARS ago, a nice 3 speed one. the think the motor in it went or something. but this one is in a nice blue, with a snazzy blue bag to match. I've been wanting a Regina broom for some time now, but this will fit nicely!

sitting next to said HOOVER, Was a Kenmore Super-Heavy-Duty upright! their was duct-tape over what used to be the hose insert. I inquired over them, Hoover $10, Kenmore $15. Wanted to "think" it over (A.K.A scurry home and grab more cash)! Since I usually don't bring every penny I have, because I know I'll come home with a trunk load of old cleaners!

So then I was on my way back, and noticed the familiar HOOVER handle sticking out from under the table, and immediately went after it, pulling out to my surprise, a PENNCREST Floor Polisher!

after incessant haggling, $27.95 came to my total, plus the man threw in some free cat litter thing for one of those magic cat boxes that auto-maticly clean themselves, which will come in handy with all my cats!

Here's my new projects, bought in QUICKLY for a shot in front of the Tree!

(Sorry for the bad picture).

I know the picture is ABSOLUTELY deplorable,

And while I can't take any more pictures of the Kenmore for now (It's broken down for sanitizing), I went out and took some more just now of the Penncrest and Hoover.

Nice finds. The Penncrest has the same color scheme as my Constellation that's under that name.

I don't think I've seen a Hoover exactly like that. Most I saw were a bit older with a blue and white striped bag, or the newer hard body ones in green with a clear bin and hose.

Forgot to mention, I have never found any good vacuums at the flea market I usually go to here. I did pass another flea market on the highway yesterday and spotted a Hoover Convertible, but I did not have time to stop and it was raining out.

The Fan!

When I find my other camera, I'll have to show you just how filthy this thing was! COATED in sticky fur gunk, It was a mess!

Thankfully, with some S.O.S pads and alot of spic-and-span later, I came out with this

Will report back with more progress!

WOW!!!Now I know what Shazammy is-or is it more than one?Really neat finds-the Penncrest floor machine,The Hoover "look-a-Like" to a Regina broom vac.And the Sears vacuum is pretty neat-its fan is in really good shape-usually in machines that old-the fan is pretty torn up.Bet the Penncrest will look really nice when you can clean and polish it up.
