I have never seen a Rainbow Chrome Dome with a tool caddy on the top!
I thought I'd share!

Chase,
When I bought my first Rexair for the store,it was that model and it came with the attachment crown. It did not work very well and added weight to the machiune with the metal tools so it was quickly lost.
I had forgotten all about it until I saw your picture.
