Yep, KIRBY would give out gold-plated Kirbys to their top salesmen! What a great company!
Yes,Gold Kirbys were salesmen awards.Electrolux and Rainbow,TriStar did the same thing.There is a Gold rainbow in the Rainbow place in my area-they fired it up-works!!The Raleigh TriStar dealer has a Gold TriStar.
