Bid

I bid on one of the small head heritage models that was on a couple of weeks ago. I lost the bid, but got an email from ebay saying I had a second chance offer. The seller sent a message telling me that he had another just like it that he was willing to sell me for my highest bid amount. I emailed him asking if it was the small head model just like what was pictured... he said no. Glad I asked! I almost jumped on it! Speaking of ebay sellers.. I have been burned TWICE now within the past month. I will send my money and the product never arrives. Paypal refunded me on one item, but the second item, a Kirby 509, I have yet to see and the seller will not respond to me at all.. what is up with these people?

What's Up With These People...

"what is up with these people?"

What's up is that eBay doesn't cut 'em off immediately and totally until they pony up with the merchandise or a refund. A total suspension of privileges would get people's attention, but eBay is very slow to do that.

If these sellers suddenly found that their eBay password didn't work, and they couldn't sell, buy, or look up eBay's restricted info (like completed auctions), that would make a difference in a hurry, I feel.
