I'm back. and hosted the "post-Christmas Mini meet".

Happy New Year, Everyone. I haven't posted since Thanksgiving. A LOT has been happening. It's been AWFUL..So much has happened. Can't really discuss it now. I THANK all who have been 'checking in on me". I appreciate it a LOT.
So............ tonight, 8 of us celebrated the VERY LAST MINUTE of the holidays. Mark, J.T. Chris, Joel Rob (Zippy), Joe, and, new guest, Scott were here. They'cve never been here during Christmas, SO, I kept things up. Only the 10' tree was up. The others will come back next year, if I'm still here. Pics will follow.
We lunched on tuna subs and Italian subs.
Dinner was: bacon-wrapped scallops, antipasto, garlic toast, chicken parmesean, pasta, and cake.Mark and J.T. brought sausage rolls and 'monkey bread". It was great to see everyone again. WE chatted via phone with Greg and Kevin (in 80 degree Florida. Mike G. couldn't make it.
We gave a respectful nod to dear Terry, by using Joe's Convertible and my "coffee can"... both were Terry's.
So, hopefully, 2014 will be better. Let's HOPE.

<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">The health issues that I faced last summer, fall and......... yet would make the five hour car trip really uncomfortable.  But... I'm on the mend.  Physical therapy has taken me as far as possible.  Now I go about the business of inventing the "new me" and Kevin continues to mend from his surgery.  2013 was quite the year!</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">The hubby and I just returned from a Caribbean cruise, which made the mini-meet impossible for us. By the way, did not see a Hoover anywhere on board.  They use Henry!  </span>
