Hi mr mom, yes I did remember reading your post about your whispertone, that’s really crazy, I hope my whispertone doesn’t do the same thing just like yours did. And when I set the brushroll setting off, the brushroll is still on. Is there a way to get that fixed? Thank you
.

Thanks

Part number for the cover is 4369056 and for the filter is 4368669. Unfortunately both of the parts have been discontinued and the stock for them was depleted. Your only best shot is to find another one used from a different model.

Sounds like you've had a bad experience from Sears. The frame pedal was probably bad and it's uncommon for that to happen. You could've had a vacuum store replace it for you and not just Sears because Sears doesn't manufacture their own products or their parts.

Great machine!

I’ve come across a few of these machines over the years. I would change the belt on a regular basis, they seem to wear fairly quickly on these. I also recommend Kenmore HEPA bags- they protect the motor from dust accumulation. They also keep the bag compartment much cleaner.
