It is probably a Vactric 202 from the mid 1950s, there was a later 404 model with only cosmetic differences - Vactric went out of business in early 1960. For its time it was an expensive cleaner and they come up surprisingly often on ebay, often in far better condition than yours appears to be. I presume that you know that, in your picture, the hose is actually connected blower outlet rather than the suction inlet.
