After many years of thinking about it and watching many of "Roger's" videos, I decided to start my own YouTube channel. I plan to make mine more of a "How To" and "Watch This" type of channel. At some point, I'll have some videos of how I test, including using an inexpensive anemometer and airflow box.

I need to work on my facial expressions a bit more...

Lol. Yea this is why I can't stand dysons. I used to have one and my mother has been through 2 of them. The 1st she gave to my brother. When they call me and tell me that they don't suck anymore I usually just go and take out all the filters and them run hot water through the cyclone thing. I hold both hands over the larger holes and shake it several times. I repeat this until the water flows clean. The. I sling that thing around and the leave it to dry. As for the "washable" dyson hepa filters... they are trash. I need to order them some new ones. They can't be washed and the carbon dust just cakes on them.

Good quality on that video. I also like the Kirby cleaning the dyson.

The first time I cleaned out my DC14 I used a leaf blower. It looked like I was in a dust bowl. I could not belive all the caked on dust in the cyclones.

This is why my Dyson Cinetic is in storage. With my dust allergies I would be sneezing for hours if I had to clean out the cyclones like that.

Great videos. Would definitely like to see you video some of your tests with the results.

At the vac shop out here--Dysons of all types come in to get unclogged-and yes,the cyclones get stuffed full of carpet fluff, dog, people hair, and other sorts of stuff. The filters get clogged, too as well as the Dyson vacuums NARROW airpassages. You find a treasure trove of stuff clogging those-you name it-its been found there! So much for the vacuum cleaner that never clogs!

Awesome

I am excited about your channel, because I do the same kind of tests in my "Vacuumtests" channel.
Nice to see your Kirby G6.
I can't wait to see the upcoming videos!

Good Lord the first shop I worked on was overwhelmed with Dysons! I think I would have 5 or 6 cyclones torn apart to be washed at a time. I don't do half as many Dysons now that I'm running a Vac Business out of my house, but my God they get dirty!
