How Rare Is A Hoover Convertible Denim Bag

I was recently at my local Goodwill that I have had a lot of success with, and I stumbled upon a Hoover FrankenConvertible. The machine had a blue hood with green trim and a denim outer bag. The machine looked refurbished, as the belt was new, and the bottom plate was very shiny. So, is this bag rare ? I attached photo of the bag I am referring to as I did not have my phone with me in the store.

I don't think it's THAT rare.

I have one, possibly two. What was odd was that they made them with both a metal base AND, late, a plastic base. Anyone need an extra hood?
