I just want to know how careful should I be using it on a scale of 1-10 in my U.S. home. What are some safety precautions I should take and what should I look out for? Like increased motor noise on the canister or power nozzle and overheating? I need help on this manner.

Those aren't exactly easy to find, and usually are rated for rather low power. The transformers I've used were designed to do the opposite - step 240VAC down to 120 to allow US appliances to be used in Italy, and most were designed for 2000 watts or less. Most US vacuums use 1500W or less, but some European ones use quite a bit more (a 12A motor at 240V will draw twice the power that a 12A motor at 120V will. EE types can explain further, I'd have to break out the old Googling Iron.)

Can't you get a site type convertor (as per the yellow 240v-110v made of pig iron type here), but american-uk voltage, with a long UK extension lead and just always plug the senso into there, placing it somewhere central to your cord run?

I'd be very careful, I've never seen a system 50 for sale or in the flesh!

Not an expert but......

Hi
The Sensotronics are rated 1000w-1200w from memory so are half the power of a typical new UK cleaner. You have a couple of options. One is to buy a transformer- this will give you the option of using it pretty much anywhere. A link is attached. Your other option is it should run from a standard US dryer/range 220/240v outlet.
The System 50 is a pretty rare beast- how did you come across it?

System 50

As others have pointed out here there are ways and means to make your System 50 run in the US, but there is something else you need to be aware of, at least if it still has the original hose - for if it has

TREAT IT LIKE IT WAS GOLD ENCRUSTED WITH RUBIES

These hoses are known for splitting as they get older so do please try not to coil it or leave it hanging up for any period of time.

Thank you. I have come across photos of it. I thought about collecting it with it's p.n. I do like the Hoover Sensotronics.
