I did only get her for more looks than using (Sad I know haha) But i still cleaned her up few pics as usual. Please excuse the mess in the first few pics Before video as well

Random white powdery stuff under the royal appointment plate thing and the headlight lens all cracked and discoloured

Wish they used this on the Juniors

I really prefer this spring thing compared to the "Belt" on the juniors to hold the bag on. Even though when i was putting it back onto the fill tube it pinged off and hit the window lol

Hello Emma

Well done on your recent purchase - its looking good already.

Im near Derby too - feel free to make contact as im sure between a few members here we cold get your chipped fan sorted very easily - between us we have loads of spares and the knowledge to fit it.

Rob

Hello Emma

you got that from me if i had known you were one of the gang you could of had it for free its been in regular use here in my house the motor has been cleaned and the bearings greased i know its a little shabby but its a good machine .I could have restored it to pristine condition but i already have two of these machines i will have a look through my spares if i can find a fan you can have it all the best Tony

you said it right !

This really IS a SEXY BEAST !
This machine does not seem to have been used too much, but simply "badly used".
This Pine-green version is my very favourite senior of the 652 series ! I have one in very good condition.
Emma, I suppose you will find a new fan very very easily, even if the bag might take a longer time and patience, but there are many machines for sale on ebay.co.uk ( I regularly search for VINTAGE HOOVER or VINTAGE SENIOR ), some are for spares or not working ( this is not a rare machine yet, anyway ) so you might be lucky to replace both the bag and the front lens that seems to be cracked. And of course - like I do - save the rest of the parts for you future restorations ! Cheers from Italy ! GUIDO
