Hoover Convertible Model 33

I recently bought a Hoover Convertible Model 33 from my local thrift store. When I brought it home I cleaned it. In the process of doing that the rear height adjust spring fell out. Does anyone know to reinsert it?

Let me have a look to mine in just a moment here. Which spring was it? For the wheels or the pedal?
