Hoover Conquest

Someone on ebay is selling 3D printed replacement fans for Elites. It uses the later 20 vane design. I bought two and they seem well made. The original were plastic too so I don't see it as sacrificing durability. Gotta keep those old veterans running.
3D printing seems to be getting better. Not more than 8 years ago a 3D printed fan was likely to detonate at high RPM or any small nick in the blade.

Never seen a Conquest in grey as a Professional Series before but there's a black one with a red bag (CH50015) and wouldn't be surprised if there was a 18 inch variant of it as well. The bagged Conquests had the option of using disposable type A bags unlike a Sanitaire which if you had a shakeout version, you couldn't use disposable bags which that's another thing I like about the Conquest not to mention the belts lasted longer as well. From my understanding, they were mainly sold in three different colors. On the hood they were at first white/cream, then orange, and lastly black. And the bags also had three different colors. Originally orange, then grey, and lastly black. Along with different revisions of the markings and such. I think these are my most favorite variants of the Conquest. Personally, I think the C1820 is the only Conquest I wouldn't have bought unless if it was for collecting purposes. I agree with Reggie that I'd rather have a wide area vacuum that isn't two uprights together like a NSS Pacer 30.
