Can anyone tell me whether or not the Hoover model 918 commercial cleaner with cloth dump bag can be adapted to accept a paper bag? In other words, is there a bellows and coupler assembly out there that fits the Hoover 918 orifice on the base? Also, was this model conceived, designed, and manufactured in the US, Great Britain, or Canada? Was it also designed with an attachment set and what is it like?
