Are the poles all plastic? I like the Hound, don't like the idea of a green Henry though and the brushbar looks soft, and it's quite big for a power head

Ooh, that seller is "mrclean652009"

My mate bought a DC02 DAS off him and it arrived dodgy, one release valve was upside down, the suction was crap and I cant remember the other fault. He paid £50 for it I think, as it was a refurb and it was rare so he wanted it. He used to collect btw...

When he contacted the seller, he was told that if he left any neg feedback i would be deleted apparently... is that even possible?!?! wtf
Also, he had quite an attitude towards him even though he sold the vacuum and he refurbed it himself...

Their metal tubes with whacking great plastic ends on. The cables connect in a spade connectory kind of way. Youll wanna open that up and clear the oily fluff from the connectors when you get it...

Nice score, I had one of these years ago and rather liked it. The powerhead isn't especially aggressive, but does a good job on pet hair and clinging debris - and it's better than a turbo brush because it doesn't restrict suction. The wands are a bit bulky, fine for use with the powerhead although you can of course hook up a standard Numatic hose and tool set for everything else if you wish. The Odourtex filter is great and didn't let any odours through, and after two years of daily use mine still smelled brand new when running.

Sold mine to make way for a Kirby, regretted that soon afterwards!
