Ok so when I got my Dyson DC07 the port in witch the upholstery tool is held into was broken. When I pulled out the little plug thingy both tiny clips were broken off...I tried JB Weld but as soon as I inserted the upholstery tool into the slot the clips broke yet again! I have searched EVERYWHERE online and cannot find this part! Anyone who may know where I can get a replacement please let me know...Thank you!

I've worked on a couple of DC 07's but I don't remember this port. If it serves no other function than tool storage, why not cement it in place? If it is detachable because there is something underneath that might someday need service or as a function of disassembly, you could secure it with silastic silicone adhesive. That way, you could take it off when needed and re-cement it again afterwards. If it never needs to come off, glue it in place with epoxy.

JB Weld isn't any good when you are trying to cement something springy like those clips. Sometimes you can replicate plastic tabs that serve some spring function with metal (like clock spring) but in this case, there just isn't much area to work with for attaching same.

Hope this helps. Forgive me if I've misunderstood the nature of the port.
