<span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: medium;">Other differences I can think of...post-1972, they must have done away with the little cord clip on the side of the bag door, when the pigtail electric hose was standard. Some of the wheels had solid aluminum hubcaps; some had green with a silver screw down the middle. Up until '72, the serial number was on the front aluminum trim inside the bag door; post-'72, it was moved to the "grille" on the back of the motor. </span>
<span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: medium;">My memory (which is never prodigious except when thinking about Electrolux) tells me that Doug Smith posted the following dates for the 89 PN's...PN II (1967-9); PN III (1969-1971); PN IV (1971-3). </span>
