Wet sanding starting with 150 grit sandpaper, then moving to 220, then 400, then 600, then 800, then 1000, then 2000. After that then a long polish with 000 steel wool and Mothers mag and aluminum polish.

The early G4 would be 20 years old since the G4 ran from 1993 - 1997. Mine has the 80th Anniversary logo (80 + 1914 = 1994) so it is 20 years old as of last year.
