I just recently found some original Electrolux roller brushes for a good price and replaced the generic replacements in my Diamond Jubilee and my Epic 3500SR upright, and they make quite a difference. The bristles seem a little stiffer, maybe a little longer, and have a more effective helix pattern, if that's the proper term. I have older plush carpeting, and a good brushroll is imperative for effective cleaning and pile lifting, and these do a much better job. These brushrolls turn an Electrolux into a much more effective cleaner! Just thought I'd share that with you!
