It looks like it does. Door on front of nozzle swings open.

Have a GE vacuum sort of kinda similar to the one shown-the one I have has a rollerbrush-but the same style motor and base.Got mine for $10 from the Habitat For Humanity store here-works great-amazingly quiet for its age-and still picks up-those older GE vacs were pretty tough machines!

That's a bojack replacement bag. Without the original bag the machine isn't worth very much to most collectors.
