funny video on you tube about us vacuum lover's

VacuumLand – Vintage & Modern Vacuum Enthusiasts

Help Support VacuumLand:

I just got three words for you: FUNNY...FUNNY...FUNNY!!! Now, if you had ended it with Benny Hill's theme song it would've been MUNDO PERFECTO. That being said, You still get two thumbs way, way up!

Ok .. .. I know what my next project will be ..

I think I am inspired now to create a wonderful, entertaining , video representing my love and appreciation for Collecting vacuums, and also celebrating the uniqueness with other fellow Vacuum Cleaner Collectors :)

LOL if I did a video, somebody would have to convert it off a VHS tape!

nice video

I found the video funny and enjoied it very much. Yes, it jokes with stereotypes ( the stupid questions of the interviewer are absolutely perfect ! ). Like many stereotypes, it also contains some bitter truths that - as I can see on this page - are not much appreciated by everyone ( who also still keep saying that collecting vacuum cleaners is normal, that they have an absolutely normal social life, etc ) : the truth is that most of us vacuum collectors are quite "uncommon" or lets say "extra-ordinary" guys . In my case, that's my pride and joy !

Cheers from Italy, GUIDO

P.S. Mark Anthony , where did you get that wonderful GE Vortalex fan !? It's from USA I suppose ! It's a marvel !!!!!!

I thought it was hilarious and laughed out loud several times. I knew it was all in good jest but I have to admit, I have met some vac collectors that reminded me of this guy................

Lighten up world, we are only passing this way once and it isn't for a long period of time. These are machines that pick up dirt. People don't get this passionate about a coffee maker!

hi guido

Hi Guido

yes i got the fan from the USA i run it on a step down transformer going from 240 down to 110 volts.

Its a marvel i love it,beats the socks off any modern fan for performance. It really compliments my vacs too of the same period and being polished aluminium as well.

Guido i have seen some of your vac collection on here there just amazing really are.

I envy your hoover 160 you bought from England, very very nice too

Awhile ago I read somewhere that fans, lamps, and radios were the most commonly collected appliances. Now we can add vacuum cleaners, then washers, dishwashers, and dryers?Suppose any appliance that is useful will be collected.
