things to share. My late Arthur sleeping with Murphy, my 1961 Evergleam aluminum tree, some mini meet preparations, (Mike placing a DD vac among the yard ornaments). and my Hoover Holiday, from the late Micheal Turner.
It’s funny to see that pic again! I actually gave that DD to someone right after that weekend and it still sits in the same spot in that persons basement a few years later completely untouched.
playing tricks all day.
Here are some more 'tidbits'.
The house at Christmas, Dick and Joellen Pike (my friends),Some Halloween mini meet goodies, one of my visits to TTI, me as a docent at The Hoover Historical Center, (no uniform).
these are; kidding with Greg Fildes...overnight guests trying to slip out, plus, a summer mini meet cooking on the grill and making malts and New York egg creams, which have neither eggs, NOR cream. Discuss...........
Those are good pictures of you in North Canton. I remember having Creme Brulee when the VCCC Convention was in Spokane. We had a great meal at the Casino. It was a fun time! I don't think I've had Creme Brulee before then or I didn't know what it was. The eggless New York cream looks tasty!
Here are a few more pics. A beautiful Canister, I have 3 plus the matching Decade 80, in addition to a shade different Decade 80 from the "Vault".
A 'rough' photo of thew place DURING the demo/construction/renovation. There was dust EVERYWHERE!
That is a photo of all of the HOOVER buildings/factories. I now have a copy of this in my home.
Very well done. I see Mr. Carson on the third shelf. Was Stan on more than one Tonight show. I hear they had a good time taping the one show I've seen and that it went well.
