Hey guys, I found a working certified pile brush today, Although it’s missing the cloth bag and it needs a new brush roll and cord, although those are the only things that are wrong with it apart from that it looks like the bearings in the vacuum motor need a little bit of lubrication

Nice

I believe that is a commercial version. IIRC it's early 80's machine.
I looked a little into pile lifters and they seem very good with lengthening the life of carpet.
The machine could be a Kent or a Kent-clarke brand.
I believe a few member has similar machines.

It would if

The people who used it last set the end of the nozzle up off of the carpet, Because now the brush has a flat spot and now I just need a cloth bag for it does anybody know where I can try and find one because I’ve looked everywhere in Australia no one sells these and part of the only ship inside the USA

Nilodor is the manufacturer of these vacuums. When you order a new one for $2300 it is built just for you!Would like to get one-just have to save up!They are nicely beautiful-just want one.Wonder who they are sourcing the suction motors from since Royal metal uprights no longer made-they used a Royal upright motor for suction. The cloth bags use paper inserts-looks like they must make them.Good luck in getting a cloth bag.You would need the paper inner bags, too.Nilodor sells both on their website along with replacement brushrolls.

When I looked up the Nilodor site-the machine is like 65lbs.Shipping weight to you is like 80lbs.They do offer free shipping!And---will this work from a 15A 120V circuit?Brush motor 1/2 hp induction, suction motor 1.25Hp universal. At some stage may get one of these monsters-just want one!

Sorry, I haven’t updated this in a very long time

But I do have a bag for it now, and it does work, I’ll probably be using it on my mum’s matted Carpet in my Mom‘s room, mainly because everywhere else it seems alright, i’ll grab some photos of it tomorrow as it’s a little bit buried because I have grown the collection since then And move some things around
