My Kirby model C with the scrolled headlight, yeah, I'm old! Have many other machines older than me, but this one would have to be the favorite, all original except the cord and buffed out. oh yeah baby!
My Compact Electra IEC C9 ,my Electrolux ZB86 and also my discovery 2 by electrolux the discovery 2 and the c9 compact both run great the model zb 86 is in need of a few parts
I very much like using this Model 61 Electrolux, made in April of 1955. Sold in July of 1955 to a lady in California who didn't like it. She used it a handful of times, still had 16 bags in the original package. It was given to the Vacuum Cleaner Museum by her grandson, when he cleaned out her house. I love it.
Mine is my Royal 215. It is probably up to 5 years older than me. I also enjoy using my 1949 Kirby 509 and late 1930's Eureka Model M. They all work as well as I do!.
I love my prewar vacs but i dont use them much as i wish to preserve them, but to keep the grease running i start them up for a while, but i dont use the bags on them to collect dirt.As the bags are still jet black and i wanna keep them that way and they dont have any holes in them. But im going to get some repro bags made so i can use them a little at some point.
Gota say the 800 can clean as good as a 652 senior so it seems
