hey guys who has a fantom that i can buy, i dont care what model, i just REALLY want a fantm, i least want a cannister, such as the lightning. whoever has these nice vacs i want to know about it.

Just yesterday I got 10 trade-in vacs from a DTD dealer.Most late model dept store uprights,a couple of better brands,late model Sears can with broken front wheel & duct tape on hose,stick vac AND 12 amp Fantom Thunder with all atts & extra hose.A quick look shows it runs,has 2 good headlights & tape on bumper.Don't know if it is worth the trouble & cost of shipping but I don't want & would only sell as collector vac.Also have 4 canister with 4 hose,3 wand,2 power nozzle,no mini power nozzle or floor brush.Would like to keep 1 good & let duplicates go.Think about it and let me know.

Please be aware that even though I recycle packing supllies careful packing might require $5-10 of bubble wrap,etc.Might lower price.Still want to take closer look so we both know exact condition.

Found a Fantom

I saw one at Goodwill in good condition for $37.99. It had half the attachements. I was going back and forth but ended up leaving without it. I really like them but was wondering where I would store it. I wonder even if it was even worth the $37.99:/...I know that their known for their motors going bad around 10yrs but I've been thinking about it since I saw it on Tuesday.

Fantom for $18

I went to Sal Army store and they had a few vacs there. Nothing to brag about, just a bagged bissell, a DD vision lite, a Hoover self propelled bagged(i know it's rare). It was a beige color but eh, I left it. They wanted $50 for it!. They also had a bagless Elite (red) $47.99!, really people. I can get a new refurb one at Ocean State Job Lot for $49.99. I left with nothing but I did go back to see the Fantom for a second time at Goodwill. No way I was paying $37.99 for it. It was filthy and full of scratchs. The woman who worked there saw me looking at it and informed me that all blue tagged items were 50% off. Guess what? The fantom had a blue tag. I plugged it in and it seemed to run ok. I figured I would bring it home and clean it up. I'll try Mr clean magic eraser. For $18 bucks, I figured it was worth it. Anyone try running any vac parts through the dishwasher??? I know obviously to shut the dry cycle off.

Took a closer look.12 amp,Black with Purple trim,runs good,sounds good,good suction,has floor,crevice,dusting tools & extra stretch hose,looks good with exception of clear tape on height decal,2 strips broken on exhaust grill,N in Thunder scraped on dust cup decal.Is heavier than I remembered.Could probably have vac,packing,shiping for $60.Call 423-543-7900.--Jimmy

FANTOM THUNDER BOX

hey how are you doing? I am in search of finding an original fantom vacuum box and I came across this photo. I REALLY want that box! u can keep the vacuum and all of the parts and the manule the only thing I want is the box that's all!
