I am amazed to find a community that is dedicated to vacuums. I also am very hopeful now that I’ve found you.
I use the Fantom lightning to vacuum my carpets. I have been using my Fantom since I believe about 2004. It still works and works well. I am loathe to give it up. Up until the last few years, I seemed to be able to get new parts from ebay.
For instance, I have added the ‘floor’ attachment - a long wand with reddish velvet and no wheels for vacuuming wood floors. I also got my replacement hepa filters.
Now it’s getting harder. I am starting to feel squeezed due to my extreme and irrational loyalty to my fantom lightning.
So here’s what I’m looking for now....
1) I would like to buy the motorized stair attachment. It looks like the regular one for carpets just a lot smaller for the stairs. I like that it has a motor because using just the stiff brush attachment is hard.
2) A replacement hepa filter.
If any of you have these items for sale I would be super happy to hear from you. Or, if you can direct me to someone, somewhere, who might have these items for sale i would be grateful.
