Fan cover for Kirby Heritage 2

I replacedthe fan cover formy Heritage 2because it had a crack in it. The new part does not have the original serial number which bothers me. Is the a way to fix the original orget a new part withthe right serial number on it. Should Ijust not let this bother me?

I wouldn't be bothered by it. However, I think Kirby does sell replacement fan cases with a new serial number. a007Kirbyman can tell you for sure.
