Help ing your grammar was bad too and doesn't make end sense what I meant I read the letter I got to let her in the mail for the dispute three times I ignored it so to know about I didn't get the money back so that means I read a letter or phone call three times I didn't respond The outcome was for me not responding I did not win my dispute does that make sense does that make
An sense

Dumb me.

Okay I read it sorry return

Last year and this year two different cells both sellers were selling their first item.
Last year I was an idiot I messaged the lady through eBay exchanged PayPal information sent her $125 for the item through PayPal as friends and family. I lost my money because I sent it friends and family.

I was going to buy electro hygiene same way except using PayPal business. The lady kind of acted suspicious like the seller did from last year. Hi then just paid for the electro hygiene 8 or 980 whatever one it is without that has the nozzle that comes out. She sent me a tracking number so I'm actually getting the vacuum.

Point is do not pay people with friends and family. I disputed it but I did not answer the calls from my credit card company when they called the question me about it because I do not like telemarketers and their number shows up suspicious colors so yeah. Hope this makes better sense cuz I'm talking out loud into my phone it's typing for me. some but should I talk about was basically two different sentences in the one it wasn't even a run on it was those like smash brothers meets writing. so yes I got screwed on an avalanche but I am getting an electro hygiene with the hose and attachments and adapter for the hose which is identical to the one that I bought for $90 off of eBay and I sold to Jeff for his hygiene at a better price because I overpaid doesn't mean I'm going to make someone else over paid because I'm an idiot.

why didn't u just call the dispute dept back after like 30-60 days had went by to follow up on it. most banks are very easy going and willing to help u out on these types of things but they cant help u if u don't provide them the info they request.

paying f&f just is never worth the risk u are just better off offering to add in the extra couple % to cover the fees is the person is that up tight about it.

the 2 sacmy type things I've ran into on ebay. the first one was many years ago like 2004ish i bought some ram off a lady for an ibm thinkpad and ibm back then made there computers only take certain brands of memory the person had posted picks of the ram and it was the kind that was needed but she sent totally dif ram. the was back before a had a credit card and back in the day when u could pay with stuff other then paypal i had sent her a money order. i tired requesting her contact info witch u could do back then but she would never answer the phone. i left her a negative feedback and she had the nerve to leave one for me back when sellers could leave negatives for buyers saying i was a complainer well ya u ripped me off and sent me worthless ram. never did get the money back for this one.

the other one was last year i bought a keyboard off a guy. he marked it shipped but never provided a tracking number weeks went by but nothing showed up and he ignored all emails asking for the tracking. so i filed a case with ebay then out of no where he provides a tracking number showing a package delivered within my city. so ebay closed the case and sided with him. unfortunately Canada posts website only tells they city were a package is delivered but not the postal code or address. but i called Canada post and with the tracking number they can pull the label up in there system and the lady is like ya it was delivered in ur city but the name address and postal code do not match yours so pretty much the seller used a tracking number for something else delivered to the same city to try to scam me. i called ebay and was able to get to a manger and they called canada post and were able to confirm what i said that its wasn't delivered to me so i did get my money back.

Okay

Let's just say I had a whole hell of alot of stuff going on. Pretty much started the onslaught of multiple life changing events crammed into 2 months and I basically could give 2 shoots about money with what I was going through. I worked for American Express for 8 years I know the ins and outs of credit cards. I even called out a mistake by a regional bank manager. Her boss was surprised what I knew.
So please can we drop credit card dispute. I know who to talk to when to talk to and how. If it's involves credit card or anything or services and disputes I know. I could break it down but it's boring and the year I got that on just ended and it's in rear view.
Sorry it's Friday and this the week a year ago in started and it's ended and this week is me starting up hill and I'm looking forward to the future and things have gotten better. Never give up on yourself. I knew it would be hard but I had no idea I may be the person with most confidence in themselves it's obnoxious but that's aries. I was knocked down alot I got a few death blows people kill themselves over. I dug down and knew the rain would stop. My efforts would pay off even when I was in my darkest hour. I grabbed myself by the shirt got up with a grin I still can do it. I have and when you hit that point it makes my life being a good positive person with great opportunities and possibilities seem even better. I'm cocky but in my life I've dealt average hand but effort and an undying I can and I will live inside me that in going to get the best out of life .
Okay blah
Life is good moving on.

There must be some kind of false advertising fever going around among some dishonest sales people. I just caught a dude on Facebook market place last night using one of my pics to sell a Eureka Power-team. I confronted him and reported it to the FB Market Place Admin. The post apparently has been removed.

A lot of people are just stupidly lazy and download a photo from google of the vacuum they have instead of just taking a photo. I seen a couple eBay auctions like that before.

WELL,

There are dishonest people everywhere. I know some of the worst..and their numbers, and the best times to call, lololo.

I had a problem with a seller. I wrote to his home, telling him I would contact a lawyer, press charges, etc. He ignored me.

What he DOESN'T know, is that I have a cousin who is a lawyer, actually, a judge.
Another cousin manages a law agency. It would NOT be difficult at all for me to engage any of theses people.. and, I might.

Lol

Put a lean on his house. He may not pay attention now but idk if Uncle Sam takes from his taxes or what. You could notify IRS he is selling and not reporting income. Do both.
He may not listen but he will pay and learn.

Its hard to tell if the seller(s) is/are legit or scammer; how can I find out?

Yrs ago I 'bought' a 'new' Rainbow D4 vac with ALL acccessories but I NEVER got the vac OR my $ back until a yr later when I FINALLY got my $650.00 back

The 'seller' ripped me off; but I didnt know that eBay listing was fake

getting ripped off on ebay is pretty hard now a days with ebays money back guarantee if u don't get the item u just open a case and if the seller cant provide u got it u get ur money back. if the seller sends u the wrong or broke item again u open a item not described case and if the seller ignores it u auto get ur money back if the seller does respond he is required to provide u a shipping label at his cost or the money to pay for your return shipping if he don't again they will find the case in ur favour.

even if ebay does some how drop the ball as long as u pay with ur cc though paypal u can then file a dispute though them.

so i'm not even sure why these sellers bother with fake listings. on top of that if its a new account with less then 20 sales ebay will hold the money for 20 days by witch time any scam will have been found out by the buyer so the seller would never even get the money.

No

eBay is easy to get ripped off. Last year I order a hose adapter which was $12. I didn't receive it. I filed dispute had to contact USPS file a claim. They said gps shows it was delivered and I was SOL. I ordered another and received it. A week later our neighbor brought over the package. It was delivered and gps would be within 10 feet as it was across the street. If they have GPS tracking of delivery and it was delivered you don't get money back. If they ship a package and give tracking and it's shows delivered your duck soup.
The second was a tracking number saying it was delivered. I didn't contact eBay went to seller and they refunded money send item for free. I could ship a 20 lb box of rocks show tracking and once delivered you get rocks and you are ya.
I was getting a package a day not exaggerating. I had issues. Amazon is awesome. Ebay is a joke. If you have doubt I can sell you something on eBay send you rocks and I'd get paid you would get shafted.
There's loop holes I don't think sellers know quite that much but this is one.
PayPal sucks. If you use PayPal use an American Express card they have purchase protection. Layman terms all credit cards have similar program. American Express gives card members innocent until proof and admitance to receiving item by card member aka buyer. If you claim you didn't receive it or it was fraud you don't pay anything.
Every other card assumes you purchased and are guilty unless you can prove it. If they have tracking number and proof of delivery you lose. That is why I have American Express and I pay $180 a year for gold rewards card. I get points and get about $250-$400 in gift cards. I know how a few programs work and do another $200 in claims a year. They have a capital one credit card close to American Express card. All American Express cards have purchase protection plan even free cards.
I know quite a bit and American Express will not pay seller if you don't agree.
Paypal and eBay suck. Most credit cards are on par with eBay. Bank cards are pretty good but American Express is the best.

sounds like ur issues are more with ur USPS man being stupid and giving ur package to the wrong addresses i've had the same issue with canada post giving me other peoples stuff or other people getting my stuff lucky most people are honest around here and give u the package. u cant blame eBay for USPS not doing there job. ups or fedex will actually send the driver back to the area and if he gave the package to the wrong person he will go get it and give it to u sounds like USPS just don't want to deal with it.

as for getting wrong or damaged items filing a return case with ebay has always worked for me even when the seller refuses to take the return ebay will force him to take it and refund u once u provide tracking showing the item was sent back.

i have file claims with my chase amazon visa and pc mastercard. the chase visa was probably the most pain free one they pretty much would just take ur word for it they rarely ever asked for anything. the mastercard is more by the book the want copies of chats u had with the person details of the return ect. but i never had them block a claim or treat me like i was a lair they just wanted the paper work because that's what the process says they have to do.

True

I've never filed a damage claim. My mail person was lacking. American Express own there own bank. MasterCard and Visa are using visa platform.
It's true USPS well they all suck.

here in Canada a lot of stores are anti American Express due to them having the highest merchant fees vs the other 2 companies. alot of smaller stores refuse to even accept an American Express card bigger stores like amazon and Walmart don't care but smaller ones are picky due to the fees.
