does anyone have a bellow on the back of the ultra mine has holes in it?

Your likely replacement,
Can be found at about any professional vacuum shop. Sanitare now builds the Ultra as the "Dura-Lite". Almost the same machine. You could even get the nice HEPA cloth bags now sold for the Duralite, Still Style "Z". If they had the replacement bottom plate for my Duralite, I see no reason for them not to carry the bellows assembly, It's likely a part which degrades from years of use (Like Carbon Brushes).

On mine this bellows is not a straight shot, it is angled to one side
