Not bad-pretty good-smooth out the nick in the plastic beater bar-I learned the hard way in a machine similar to this-the nicked plastic beater bars can DESTROY a carpet if threads from the carpet snag on the nick.The floor shoe on this looks really good-no scratches or severe wear.
