That's a super-cool find! Looks to be in spectacular condition! I love the "Super Power" script on the Eureka nameplate. I assume that pops off to accept a tool converter? I assume that was marketed as a commercial cleaner, and it looks like it has more durable, perhaps nylon wheels than its domestic counterpart. My Eureka "Twin Power Automatic" is from about 6 years earlier than this one and has plastic wheels. One of the rear wheels broke to pieces. I have since found a replacement.

Thanks for sharing!

Got the new black outer bag that lets me use F&G bags - it seems to work MUCH BETTER now! I'm still looking for a brushroll that will work. I thought the black bag complimented the lines of the vacuum better - I've also always thought that all machines should be either black or gray. What do you think?

Graham that's a beauty! Love how it polished up. And I agree that the black bag does compliment the machines lines. What a wonderful addition to your collection.

Found a "square end" brush roll at the "old timer" vacuum shoppe by me. The "old timer" behind the counter said he had at least 8 of them in the back for $17 each (which is a much friendlier price than what I was finding on eBay). If anyone needs one, let me know and I can pick one up and put it in the mail to you.

Just sent you an e-mail about those square end brush rolls -- I've got an old Eureka 2000 series machine that could really use one!
